Holistic Check-up
In an initial consultation, we will determine together which test makes the most sense for you. Based on this, we will take blood, urine, and stool samples. For sample collection, you can either come to our practice in Zurich, provide the name of your trusted doctor, or use our various blood collection locations. It's that simple!

Laboratory Analysis
We send your samples to the respective experts in Europe. We ensure that your samples are sent to the best laboratory institutes to achieve the most precise measurement of your results.

Analysis of Results
After 1–2 weeks, the results come back from the laboratories. Dr. Ahlers personally analyzes your values and determines which nutrients and minerals are important for your body.

1:1 Consultation
In a personal consultation, we will go through your results with you. We will explain possible therapy methods and approaches, and create a plan to address your symptoms.
